1. Uniform / Dress Code

  • Students must wear the prescribed school uniform at all times during school hours and on official duties.
  • Uniforms should be clean, neat and well-kept. Shoes and socks should follow the school requirement.
  • Hairstyles must follow school rules (for example: girls—plaits with ribbons of prescribed colour; boys—neat haircut).
  • No excessive jewellery, make-up, coloured nail polish or visible tattoos are allowed.

2. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Regular attendance is required; habitual absence or frequent lateness is discouraged and may be penalised.
  • Students must arrive before the start of the school day. The school gate may be closed after a specified time.
  • If absent, a written note from the parent/guardian is required on return. For prolonged illness, a doctor's certificate may be necessary.

3. Discipline & Behaviour

  • Students must show respect to teachers, staff and fellow students at all times.
  • Damaging school property (furniture, books, walls, equipment) is prohibited; damages must be paid for or repaired.
  • Maintain silence and orderly conduct where required (assembly, corridors, during classes).
  • Running, shouting and disruptive behaviour inside school buildings is not allowed.
  • The use of the medium of instruction (e.g., English) within school premises may be encouraged.

4. Leave & Absence Procedures

  • Applications for planned leave must be submitted in writing in advance, except in emergencies.
  • On returning from leave, students must present a written explanation from parents/guardians.

5. Disciplinary Actions

  • Violation of rules may attract warnings, detention, fines or other penalties depending on severity.
  • Persistent or serious offences can lead to suspension or expulsion as per school policy.

6. Respect for School Property & Cleanliness

  • Students must help keep the campus clean — classrooms, corridors, playgrounds and toilets.
  • Writing on walls or desks and littering is prohibited.
  • Books, lab equipment and school materials must be handled with care.

7. Leave / Early Departure

  • Students are not permitted to leave school premises during school hours without prior permission from the school authorities and a written request from parents/guardians.
  • Permission for early departure on the day of request must follow the school's sign-out procedure.

8. Diary / Homework / School Materials

  • Students must bring their school diary/notebook every day and maintain it as instructed.
  • Homework and assignments should be completed and submitted on time; teachers' instructions must be followed.

9. Co-curricular & Special Events

  • Participation in assemblies, sports, annual functions and other school events may be compulsory for all students.
  • Students must follow guidelines and rehearsal schedules for events when selected.

10. Mobile Phones & Prohibited Items

  • Mobile phones, digital gadgets and objectionable material are generally not permitted on campus unless expressly allowed for specific educational purposes.
  • Items confiscated for violating rules will be handled as per school policy and returned to parents when appropriate.

11. Financial & Fee-Related Rules

  • School fees must be paid within the stipulated dates. Delay may attract penalties or late fees.
  • Students with outstanding dues may be restricted from examinations, report cards or re-enrolment until dues are cleared, as per school regulations.

12. Safety & Security

  • Students must follow all safety instructions and emergency procedures.
  • Behaviour on school transport (buses) must be disciplined; obey the bus attendant and driver.
  • Unauthorized visitors are not allowed in school areas unless cleared by the office.
